    Job Summary:
    As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and documentation.

    The administrative assistant plays a vital role in maintaining a professional and organized office environment and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents and files
    • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
    • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails
    • Maintain the office calendar and schedule appointments and meetings as needed
    • Arrange and coordinate travel, lodging, and other logistics for employees
    • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
    • Assist in the preparation of departmental budgets and track expenses
    • Support the organization of events, such as meetings, conferences, and workshops
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as invoicing and tracking payments
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
