    • Keep the Team Organized and On Track: Ensure the development team remains focused on the most critical projects and progresses according to priority. This includes facilitating daily standups and sprint planning sessions to keep the team aligned and moving forward​.
    • Bridge Between Product Management and Development: Act as a mediator to ensure clear communication of the product's strategic vision between the product management team and the developers, maintaining a mutual understanding and focus on the right priorities.
    • Clear Obstacles and Protect the Team from Distractions: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and protect the team from interruptions that could affect their focus and productivity.
    • Lead Through Influence and Credibility: Guide the team not through authority but by earning trust as a knowledgeable and reliable expert, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure Daily Scrums Are Productive: Facilitate daily scrums to ensure they are efficient and stick to the 15-minute timebox, focusing on what was accomplished, the day's goals, and any obstacles in the way​.
    • Coach and Empower Team Members: Provide coaching to team members to work more effectively within the Scrum framework and empower them to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities​.
    • Teach the Principles of Scrum: Educate the team and the organization about Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values, fostering an understanding and appreciation for the Scrum framework and its benefits.
    • Facilitate Transparency, Inspection, and Adaptation: Support the team in embracing the empirical process control by encouraging transparency, enabling meaningful inspection of work and outcomes, and facilitating adaptation to improve and evolve processes and products​.
    • Vendor and Supplier Management: Throughout the procurement process, from the initial identification of needs to the final closing of procurements, Project Managers work closely with vendors and suppliers. They are responsible for overseeing the solicitation process, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure the procurement aligns with project goals and company standards.
    • Reporting: Project Managers are responsible for setting and reporting on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align project outcomes with organizational goals. This involves defining clear objectives, measuring progress through key results, and communicating these to stakeholders to ensure the project stays on track towards its strategic objectives​.
    • Risk Management: Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks associated with procurement and project execution is a critical responsibility. This includes foreseeing potential delays or issues with procured goods or services and implementing strategies to manage these risks effectively to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
    • Stakeholder Communication and Satisfaction: Maintaining regular and transparent communication with stakeholders is key to managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction with the project's progress and outcomes. This involves reporting on OKRs, project status, procurement updates, and any risks or issues that arise, as well as being responsive to feedback and adapting project plans as necessary​.
