    Join us in this new role our dedicated andsuccessful Finance team in Doha, Qatar Your Role The primarypurpose of working capital management is to make sure the companyalways maintains sufficient cash flow to meet its short termoperating costs and short-term debt obligations.

    (CurrentAssets-Current Liabilities) Supporting Business Units andManagement as a business partner, by means of analysis, reports,projects, communication & implementation of correctiveactions underlined by procedures and efficient processes, tofurther improve the cash flow.

    Efficient working capital managementhelps with the company's smooth financial operation, andcan also help to improve the company's earnings andprofitability.

    Management of working capital includes management ofaccounts receivables, deferred trade expenses, accounts payables,and accrued trade expenses for the company where the keyperformance indicators are set to evaluate the performance.

    YourResponsibilities

    • Responsible for Accounts Receivables,Accounts Payables, Cash and Bank overall for the Cluster andenforcement of full compliance with Corporate ICS Guidelines (TradeReceivables, Trade Payables, and Cash & Bank).
    • Driving Working Capital Targets (DSO,DPO, and DTE in days),liaising with National Management to achieve the targets.
    • Owner of the Working Capital MIS report.
    • Prepare corrective actions plans to improve the performance andarranging follow up visits and/or conference calls whereverapplicable.
    • Conduct customer visits as required toreview the current performance and seek ways to improve and arrangecustomer visits jointly with key account managers and/or NF toaddress collection performance issues (DSO).
    • Review andsubmit of Inter-company Loan Request to the regional head office toobtain approvals.
    • Meet or exceed regional workingcapital targets set by the regional treasury manager for the UAEcluster.
    • Maintain the relationship with the banks andimplement banking tools to improve efficiency along with potentialcost savings.
    • Ensure dividends declared will be paid tothe corporate treasury on requested time line each year and if nopayment feasible, working on alternative solutions.
    • Secure maintenance and full compliance of local ICS guidelines(Trades Receivables, Trade Payables, and Cash & Bank). YourSkills and Experiences
    • Knowledge of financial standards,principles and procedures, as well as financial computer systemsand MS Office applications.
    • Knowledge and Understandingof Accounting .
    • Analysis of Financial Statements(Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
    • Commercial understanding of Freight Forwarding &Logistics industry.
    • Good analytical and problem solvingskills.
    • Excellent command in English andArabic.
