    • Leading and overseeing the activities and tasks carried out by the mentoring & supervision team of research assistants.
    • Closely follow up on the progress with the schools/module development, and provide needed support and solutions to existing challenges faced in coordination with line manager.
    • In addition, the senior specialist will work on publishing research papers to share the program outputs and innovative educational tools and techniques. Moreover, optimizing the work progress of the specialists' team.
    • Oversees all aspects of the laboratory and infrastructure needed to support modules successful delivery in addition to support the designing and practical testing of new modules.
    • Direct the efforts of organizing the mandate of the Young researcher program.
    • Initiate the communication with various researchers across campus and coordinate student assignment to developed projects
    • Work closely with Section Head of Module Development and publication regarding \ and dispatch of students in the various projects.
    • Prepare an action plan with the director of YSC for the period assigned by the director.
