    Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenuefor both guest rooms, catering and function space in the conferenceand meeting market segment as laid down in the marketing plan.Ensure one-stop servicing for all client and act as a liaisonbetween customers and operational departments. Work closely withsales management team to drive and expand business opportunities.Responsible for implementing management standards and qualityguidelines in the Department set by the Executive CommercialDirector.

    EssentialResponsibilities andDuties

    FINANCIAL:

    • Toassist the Executive Commercial Director in the preparation of theyearly catering revenue & expensebudget
    • To actively lead the Groups &Events team financial and administrative activities to ensure thatyearly revenue budgets are surpassed
    • To assistthe Executive Commercial Director and Cluster DRM with accuracy ofcatering revenue forecasting with most updated marketinformation
    • To come up with upsell strategiesthat would help surpass budget

    ADMINISTRATIVE:

    • Toactively contribute to the Department's financial andadministrative activities to ensure that yearly catering revenuebudgets are surpassed
    • To monitor the DelphiSales and Catering System and ensure it is set up properly formaximum performance
    • To review Groups and EventsF&B menus and pricing structure in coordination with theExecutive Commercial Director, Cluster DRM, Director of Food andBeverage and Executive Chef
    • To identify needperiods and maximize meeting space utilization in coordination withthe Executive Commercial Director and the Room SalesTeam
    • To set and review goals for the Conference& Events team and its individual teammembers
    • To facilitate accurate administrationreports, month-end and other reports are submitted ontime
