    · Manage all existing applicationsand software's portfolio, and the upcoming applicationsin the pipe line

    · Over allsupervising the day to day tasks activities of the resources basedon time and cost

    · Provide deliverydates and estimations of the required task and assignments from allthe applications team regarding allprojects

    · Manage and coordinatebusiness solutions projects thru whole journey of SDLC fromrequirement gathering to systems implementation andsupport

    · Ensure that allprojects' needs (from the business point of view) arecovered, identifying and addressing all gaps of the relevantapplications teams

    · Conductapplication needs assessments and plan the delivery of suitableservices to all business departments according to contractualobligations and agreed level ofservice

    · Coordinate, and superviseall activities related to the design, development, andimplementation of different organizational information systems andsoftware applications.

    · Maintain,support, and upgrade existing business systems andapplications

    · Design, develop, anddeploy mission-critical information and software systems and Setthe solution architecture to fit into the Enterprise Architectureof the organization

    · Lead large scaleprojects that affect multiple functions within theorganization

    · Interface withdifferent business areas to ensure projects have proper impact,coordinate teams to rollout projects organizationwide.

    · Demonstrate up-to-dateexpertise in information Systems and apply this to the development,execution and improvement of actionplans

    · Lead the process foridentifying and prioritizing projects within the projectsportfolio

    · Manage and coordinate withall stakeholders for system integration test & useracceptance test (SIT,UAT) in coordination with businessowner

    · Perform homologation testswith the Operations & Maintenance are for delivering thesystems for production, securing a proper handover tooperations

    · Manage different ITvendors to ensure that services meet businessneeds.

    · Assist in the externalVendors selection by providing an assessment on technicalcapabilities to support the processessolutions.

    · Responsible for liaisingwith application teams the cycle of the product developmentincluding the delivery of user manuals, support training sessionsfor end user.

    · Responsible forQuality assurance of the solutions, also through in depth rootcause analysis of issues in theapplications.

    · Ensure positiveattitude from the application teams and good relationship with allthe parties, end-users, suppliers
