- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors while overseeing the procurement process.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, balancing company interests with vendor expectations, and resolving disputes during contract execution collaboratively.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct performance evaluations regularly, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Spearhead innovative approaches in negotiations, seeking win win solutions that promote long term partnerships while maintaining cost effectiveness.
