    About theRole:

    • SoftLabsis seeking Organisational Change Manager for ICT Labour hire attheir technology consulting based in
    • TheOrganisational Change Manager will work closely with the ProgramManager to manage the business and APS change activities to ensureeffective delivery of the business and APS capability and enableoptimal realisation of desired, measurable

    Responsibilities:
    • TheOrganisational Change Manager will apply comprehensive knowledge ofprinciples, practices, and theories as they relate to effectiveproject and change management, with regard to PRINCE2, Agile andPROSCI
    • TheOrganisational Change manager will lead, manage, and develop thestrategy, implementation and evaluation of the project s benefitmanagement plan and roadmap to ensure that the benefits are agreedwith the Benefit Owner, and their realisation is monitored progressagainst the

    As part ofthis role the successful candidate will be required to deliver thefollowing:

    • Developand deliver a change management strategy and plan for the
    • Developand deliver a communication management strategy and plan for the
    • Work as amember of the project team to execute the agreed plan across allproject stakeholders, where the plan will include (but is notlimitedto):

    • Develop anddeliver a change management plan structure and approach (includingtemplates) that will assist stakeholders to subsequently developtheir own internal change management plans for the project Thisplan will require clear role and responsibilities definitionbetween the stakeholders and theproject(s).
    • Provideweekly reports to the nominated manager /
    • Report toand attend project meetings as required including project boards oruser advisory

    EssentialCriteria:

    • Musthave minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in organisationalchange management delivery and
    • Demonstratedexperience in producing high quality documents, expertcommunicator, including ability to develop and deploy communicationand change strategies across diverse stakeholder
    • Demonstratedexperience in Project
    • Must haveexperience in federal government including experience working in amulti-jurisdictional

    DesirableCriteria:

    • Bachelorsdegree in business administration, human resources, or a related
