    • Implement and manage the reward& compensation function and contribute to setting up thecompany's HR infrastructure. Drive compensation &benefits strategy and deliver toward ensuring internal equity andmarket competitiveness of employee compensation and benefits andimproving employee satisfaction andmotivation.
    • Custodian of HRPolicies
    • Review, consolidate and preparemanpower plans (annual and ad-hoc) forpresentation
    • Support the annual HR budgetingprocess and monitor the budget throughout theyear
    • Key Roles &Responsibilities:
    • Provide input to HRoperational strategy, budget and processimprovement;
    • Support the implementation ofvarious organizational HR strategies and programs to maximize theireffectiveness, ensuring that compensation policies and programs arewell understood and fully adopted.
    • Providesupport in establishing and implementing HR best practices in thebusiness units
    • Monitor the effectiveness of theHR policy and recommend modifications while ensuring alignment withoverall Milaha HR objectives and compliance with the applicablegovernment laws and regulations
    • Interpret HRpolicy provisions to employees who seek clarification to ensurethat HR policy rules and regulations are correctly and consistentlyapplied
    • Ensure that HR policy is updated andchanges are communicated to theemployees
