    Job Summary

    • Work with the Project Manager to meet project goals and deliverables by providing support on project related communications and documentations aligned with project milestones.
    • Responsible to support the ERP Project team by performing a range of routine to complex administrative, clerical and office duties, including oral and written communications, calendar, meetings, other logistics etc.
    • Support the Program Manager implementation of the necessary standard operating procedures for Business Transformation Projects to facilitate successful completion.
    • Assist the Program manager to create/generate and maintain various project management reports regard to the progress, performance monitoring, expenses etc.

    Skills

    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
    • Atleast 3 of years' experience in Project coordinator roles in IT ERP projects.
    • Strong knowledge of data recording, archiving, and document control management methods, tools and related techniques.
