    1. Provide quality assurance of drillpipe, BHA and specialty tools inspection for all Company businessunits. The tools and equipment may include, but are not limited to,drill pipe, BHA equipment, specialty drilling tools (mud motors,MWD/LWD, RSS), stabilizers, fishing tools, HWDP, API rotaryconnections, premium connections, casing/tubing, handlingequipment, liner hangers, packers, frac sleeves, jars, power units,and cementing tools.
    2. Provide failure analysisto determine the cause of failures and determine the materialproperties of the components.
    3. Follow and adherestrictly to the Company approved quality assurance inspection plansand not deviate, modify, add to or delete any of the requirementslisted in these plans or directives.
    4. Follow andadhere to the most recently published industry standards andvendor/manufacturer/shop operatingprocedures
    5. Review quality documentation,procedures and specifications to ensure that they are compliant tothe required levels.
    6. Ensure that third partyequipment and personnel supplied for well drilling and completionactivities are fit for purpose.
    7. Review, verifyand witness ITP/QCP for equipment used on the well are executedcorrectly and all required NDT, visual, dimensional inspections,gauging, applicable equipment function and pressure tests areperformed correctly.
    8. Review and ensure that thedrill string/OCTG items used on the well are compliant with allrelevant DS1, API and Company outlined standards andrequirements.
    9. Witness and perform surveillanceof inspection activities on drill string equipment to ensurecompliant with all relevant standards and all equipment are beingused and calibrated correctly, and all personnel are qualified andcompetent.
    10. Witness and monitorassembly/disassembly of BHA, testing, and completion subassemblies.Provide final reports denoting the equipments compliance or non-compliance with Companys specifications andrequirements.
