    • Interact with customers and salesrepresentatives to gain firsthand familiarity of customer needsplus product applications.
    • Review sales networkdesign to verify customer's requirements are completelysupported through BHN providedservice.
    • Evaluate customer support issues aswell as maintain top level positive perception by customerspertinent to organization supportstructure.
    • Provide necessary suggestions onproactive basis to steadily assist positiveinterpretation.
    • Prepare technical samples,designs along with presentations to provide supportive technicaldata retort to customer requests.
    • Manage entirecommunications with client technical departments regularly asrequested by customer.
    • Maintain customerassistance reference guidelines for client contact as well assupport information.
    • Review quarterly with allallotted customers to revise service levels as well as openissues.
    • Provide clients with status of entireopen requests for service improvements andchanges.
    • Develop liaison for clients duringnetwork outages as well as event affecting customer'snetworks.
    • Provide entire company informationfor every customer outages.
    • Contribute tosustainability requirements of every network design beingsustained.
    • Participate in sales support relatedconferences, trade shows, workshops plus meetings to update oncurrent information plus developments inindustry.
    • Prepare complex reports as well asdocuments.
    • Present technical assistance to TierI, II as well as operationalsupport.
