    JobDescription:

    We are seeking anexperienced HR Director to join a reputed 5star hotel. The idealcandidate will have a proven track record of HR management in thehospitality industry particularly within a reputed 5star hotelenvironment. With over 10 years of experience in human resourcesthe HR Director/Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping ourorganizational culture fostering employee engagement and driving HRinitiatives aligned with our businessobjectives.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • StrategicHR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies andinitiatives aligned with the overall businessstrategy.
    • TalentAcquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selectionprocess ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs andimplement effective recruitmentstrategies.
    • EmployeeRelations: Serve as a point of contact for employeerelations issues providing guidance counselling and support toemployees and management. Ensure compliance with employment lawsand regulations.
    • PerformanceManagement: Develop and implement performancemanagement systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate professionaldevelopment and trainingprograms.
    • Compensation andBenefits: Administer compensation and benefitsprograms including salary structures incentives and employee perks.Ensure competitive compensation packages to attract and retain toptalent.
    • HR Policies andProcedures: Develop and enforce HR policies andprocedures consistent with company values and legal requirements.Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HRmanagement.
    • EmployeeEngagement: Promote a positive work culture andemployee engagement initiatives. Organize teambuilding activitiesrecognition programs and employee feedbackmechanisms.
    • HRAdministration: Oversee HR administrative functionsincluding payroll processing HRIS management and maintenance ofemployeerecords.
    • Compliance:Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and internalpolicies. Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actionsas necessary.
    • Leadership and TeamManagement: Lead and mentor the HR team providingguidance coaching and professional developmentopportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.Masters degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRMSCP SPHR)preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressiveHR management experience preferably in the hospitality industrywith a reputed 5star hotel.
    • Indepth knowledgeof HR principles practices andregulations.
    • Strong leadership andinterpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborateat all levels of the organization.
    • Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.
    • Proventrack record of managing complex HR projects andinitiatives.
    • Proficiency in HRIS payrollsystems and MS OfficeSuite.
