    • Ensure the establishment andexecution of all departmentalgoals.
    • Efficiently manage all Guest Experiencesoperational areas.
    • Facilitate efficient,convenient and secure entry process to thewaterpark.
    • Support the arrival and departureprocess for the park.
    • Ensure to provide thebest possible service to the guest.
    • Providepricing, promotions, shows, rides & attractions informationand suggestions to guests.
    • Sell tickets andother products via point of sale (POS)system.
    • Efficiently manage and maintain queuelines.
    • Efficiently manage turnstiles to ensureguests are able to enter/leave the park with ease by holding avalid ticket/pass.
    • Ensure that all departmentaldaily checklists and forms are being consistently completed. Anyfollow up action related to it its initiated and all records arefiled accordingly.
    • Follow all the GuestExperience department polices, standard operating procedures,performance standards, safety and evacuationprocedures.
    • Handle any guest complaintscourteously and fairly, provide appropriate service recovery asneeded and address to appropriate colleagues ordepartment.
    • Facilitate ticket, cabana, towel,locker sales and rentals.
    • Collect payments,make change by accepting cash, vouchers, credit card and listedforeign currency.
    • Balances cashdrawer/register/float by counting cash at beginning and end of workshift and ensure timely remittance of sales to cashcontrol.
    • Maintain knowledge and awareness ofongoing promotions.
    • Maintain awareness andadherence to the company's cash handling policies andprocedures.
    • Consistently upsell, cross-sell andpromote products, activities and services to generate additionalrevenue.
    • Receive and record guests feedback,complaints and enquiries.
    • Provide and takeresponsibility for the professional delivery of all information viatelephone and in person.
    • Conduct site tours asrequired.
    • Manage lost & found counteraccording to company's lost and foundpolicy.
    • Work outdoor, in extreme temperatures,wet, humid or windy environment caused by weatherconditions.
