    • Establish, monitor and managebudgeted revenue and net operating income. Assures that thebudgeting process is performed accurately andefficiently
    • Liaise and maintain excellentworking relationship with the Events salesteam
    • Develop and implement action items andprovide support and guidance to Banquets team to achieve or exceedbudgeted revenue and net operating incomegoals
    • Work closely with the Events managementteam, and have primary responsibility for the development of allBanquets operations
    • Oversee the development andimplementation of Standard Operating & Service Proceduresfor Banquets
    • Ensure that labor and expenseguidelines are adhered to in order to maintain budgetedexpenses
    • Institute and monitor service and/orproduct upgrades in order to maintain the company'scompetitive edge
    • Establish and enforce MondrianDoha specific Standard OperatingProcedures
    • Promote guest satisfactionthroughout the operation
    • Implement repeat guestrecognition programs to build loyalty to theoperation
    • Promote inter-company businessrelations and shares best practices
    • Distinguishus as the industry leaders that continually improve to maintain ourcutting edge
    • Act as a liaison between thecommunity and the Food and Beverageoperation
    • Supervise and provide leadership toall Banquets personnel
    • Respond to guestcomplaints in a timely manner
    • Monitor industrytrends, take appropriate action to maintain competitive andprofitable operations
    • Keep immediate supervisorfully informed of all problems or matters requiring his/herattention
    • Coordinate and monitor all phases ofLoss Prevention in the Food and Beveragedepartment
    • Prepare and submit required reportsin a timely manner
    • Organize and conductdepartment meetings on a regular basis
    • Monitorquality of service and product
    • Initiate menuplanning and preparation
    • Ensure compliance withall local liquor laws, and health and sanitation regulations andall other Food and Beverage related life/safety and other legalcompliance in accordance with local laws
    • Ensurethe training of department heads on SOP's, reportpreparation, technical job tasks
    • Select, trainand develop personnel within the department. Able to exercise hire,discipline, personnel performance reviews and termination ofemployment discretion within Mondrian Dohapolicies
    • Oversees all aspects of training andorientation for property specific Banquets Front of the Houseteam
    • Reports and documents any observed or knowsafety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures tomanagement immediately
    • Maintain high level ofservice and product quality with exceptional guest servicesatisfaction
