We are happy to announce a new opening for a remotely based Sales Manager with a proven track record leading Leisure/Wholesale sales efforts within the European market to join our wellness professionals. If you are passionate about designing and implementing strategic business plans, nurturing commercial relationships, and wish to be our true Ambassador in this wellness journey, while balancing the flexibility to work remotely and deliver against rewarding sales targets, we are waiting to hear from you.
Every day is different, but you ll mostly be:
Developing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share within Leisure/Wholesale segment.
Prospecting & developing new accounts through sales calls, telemarketing and direct mail.
Providing feedback on market conditions including competitors updates.
Establishing new accounts, handle site inspections trips by clients.
Attending major travel / trade function as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
A minimum bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management (preferably with work experience in managing sales in a wellness environment or resort hotel experience.
Relevant sales experience in the France, Germany, and UK markets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Fluency in written and spoken English, and ideally native spoken German or French.
