    Territory Sales& BusinessDevelopment

    As the Territory Sales and BusinessDevelopment representative, you will be responsible for driving newbusiness You will be expected to identify prospects, meet withprospects onsite at their locations, and generate opportunities toquote on the business of You will be expected to secure newbusiness to exceed sales Additionally, you will drive growth withincurrent customer You will work in coordination with the company smanagement team and customer service representatives and utilizethe company provided customer relationship management tool tomanage all sales related activities, including opportunities,customer visits, and

    Requirements:

    Reporting tothe General Sales

    Primary territoryresponsibility: California, Nevada, Arizona, &

    Achieve annualnew business sales

    Achieve annualexisting/current customer sales

    Identify strategic potentialnew business sales opportunities within the assigned territory andto introduce the company to these Utilize various tools includingpersonal knowledge, networking, and company marketing resources togenerate new leads to drive sales

    Employ creative and freshtechniques to secure onsite meetings with new business decision

    Generate new business salesthrough onsite qualification of customer needs, providing detailedproduct information and pricing estimates, and communication of thecompany s value

    Develop marketing and salesplans for new business

    Develop generic and specificcustomer presentations and proposals for new businessopportunities, building on existing

    Actively participate in andlead when appropriate sales meetings, including sharingpresentations, success stories and challenges for the learning,development, and shared success of

    Supply won/loss data withreasons for all

    Troubleshoot problemsregarding customer products and handle complaints if

    Keep informed of industrychanges, new products, services, and other items of interest to

    Represent the company atindustry conferences and events as

    Travel as required todevelop new business opportunities within assigned

    Must possess a home officeand a personally insured Additional duties as



    Requirements

    EducationandExperience:

    • Atleast 10 years experience in direct sales of flexible films, bags,pouches, roll stocks, lidding films, & specialty filmspreferred, but not
    • Any salesexperience within the plastic/paper industries will be
    • Valid driver s license with anacceptably clean motor vehicle record(MVR).
    • Bachelors Degree preferred,but not
    JobKnowledge, Skills, andAbilities:
    • Exceptionaloral, written, and interpersonal communication
    • Demonstrated experience in sellingtechniques including securing face-face meetings with decisionmakers, debunking common sales objections, and closing
    • Proven ability to close sales anddrive territory sales
    • Capable ofbuilding strong relationships with prospects and
    • Understanding of the saleslandscape in the assigned
    • Abilityto prioritize and manage competing
    • Proactive, problem solver, andaccountable to customers and company
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Capable and comfortable workingfrom a home
    • Knowledge of Quality& Food Safety (HACCP), IFS
