- Partner with VP HR and EVP M&L to align M&L business HR objectives, corporate HR initiatives and ensure smooth execution of these.
- Drive M&L HR strategy (captured in M&L HR business plan) to address business HR priorities.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of current HR processes, programs, policies, systems and recommend alternatives or enhancements to create HR best practices in M&L and Milaha overall.
- Assist in the effective implementation, execution and management of corporate HR policies and procedures within M&L.
- Review, design and implement M&L organizational improvements in collaboration with respective business leaders; including organisation structure, job scope, job descriptions, job grading, cost analysis and capability building.
- Ensure effective, standardised organisation design processes, and best practices are applied to develop and implement a synchronized, high-quality, and cost-effective organization.
- Ensure organisational structures and documentation are standardised, continuously updated and correctly reflected (Organisation Charts, Job Descriptions, Job grades) in systems and maintained a central repository for M&L.
